Fair price service sucks from regional manager to the staff in the branch i mentioned

I bought cauches at this shop and the are sinking and since the 02/05/2018 i have been communicating with Jolene from the randfantein branch and to date they are playing hide and sick the cant find a driver, the manager Neeim , Jolene and Themba is ignoring my calls or they say they will comeback to me and they do not, all i want is good couches or my money back
