Fair Price service delivery IS TERRIBLE!

Livid to say the least! I placed an order on the 16/02 - delivery date on the invoice stipulated 21/02 - I am still awaiting deliver. I cannot get hold of the online call centre - I was informed someone would call me back today 23/02 & no return call. The uselessness is uncanny - I want to cancel my order but don't even know what process to foll the only journey is so horrible. Will never buy from them again, ever!
