Fair price reap off

Bought the Skylar 3 piece corner couch 3 months ago. Looks great I can not lie. Not even 3 months and it's making squicky sounds and I can feel the frame when I sit. Laid a complaint but I have just been told it doesn't have warranty. For 6.5k I expected the couch to last at least 2years
