Fair Price Potchefstroom

Fairprice Potchefstroom gave me the worst experience ever. I bought some on a Thursday and their driver gave the run around , until I called the store manager to complain 5 days later. Eventually the driver came to deliver, but he never called anyone and instead he delivered my goods at my next door neighbours house. What nonsense is that?

As far as I am concerned I haven't received my goods because no one at my house signed or received those goods. I just want my money back so that I can buy from a reputable shop.
