Fair Price Poor Service and Poor Quality Products

I recently bought a couch from Fair Price Alex Mall. Hardly 2 months and the couch cushions started to get torn. I since brought it to Fair Price Alex Mall's attention, that my cushions are torn. As I have a 6 months warranty.

They've sent a driver to come and collect the torn cushions. He returned with new like cushions, which are a different color than the original ones. More darker color than before.

Hardly a week after the new like cushions were replaced, the same thing happened. They started to get torn yet again.

I reported the matter again to Fair Price Alex Mall, and was told that exchanges can only be done once. They'll not be able to help me.

Please do not by furniture from Fair Price, as their customer Services is poor like their products. How can a brand new couch start to be defected within 2 months of being bought? Come to think of it, when I went to Fair Price Alex Mall, there were 2 people also complaining about poor products. Seems like Complaints are a normal occurrence for Fair Price Alex Mall.
