Fair price poor customer service

I bought Waldrop on the 10th of jan at Kempton Park n dey said dey will come assembly it de following day dey never pitched nor bothered coming. I called head office Monday dey just said will get back to me which they never did. I called the store again dey said dey will come today which still dey never bothered. Wen i called dis morning 16 jan det said dey coming at2 still nothing n no communication. They have the worst customer service ever
