I bought a fridge and it was delivered in a days time. They told me not to plug it till after 24hrs. The fridge had a broken plug and when I told them they blamed me and told me it's my fault. I fought till they agreed to refund me and now they're telling they don't have the money that they owe me I need to wait for month end when the shop makes money. And they won't open the safe for refunds it's not how they work.
