Fair Price Online ****ty Service

The most appalling service I have ever received…do not use Fair Price online or buy at Fair Price at all, you will regret spending your hard earned money on them.

Paid online for 5 items (R5200) on the 9 Aug, boxes were delivered on the 24th, no communication in between with regards to the order…the guys delivering eluded that I have to buy them cold drink, when I didn’t entertain that they suddenly changed and rudely told me that they are just delivering the boxes…that someone else will be dispatched to put the wardrobe, headboard and chairs together.

They further said that they do not deliver to 1st and second floor and everybody knows this, when I asked who’s everybody they said their customers.

I am sitting here with boxes and still waiting for Fair Price to ‘dispatch’ someone to assemble my things.

Worst Service Ever Sies!

Am yet to hear about the delivery of my outstanding 2 units and fear that the same delivery guys will be sent to my home
