Fair Price online service sucks

Fair price online service sucks, I purchased a coffee table for R1000 and R50 delivery on the 5th of June 2021, invoice no. 5142, (paid in full) I tracked my purchase a couple of times with no response until Mr Shockie Maleka rep**** via email (***) on the 17th of June 2021 that they where out of stock, they will inform me once they have it on stock that was more than a month ago, I called him a number of times on his direct line ***) it just rings no response. I wouldn't have bought this coffee table that I needed if they stated on their adverti*****t that they where out of stock. Since then I haven't had a communication from Fair Price. I am not interested on the table anymore, I want my money back.
