fair price online purchases

These guys are ****mers when buying products online. i bought an item on the 18th april 2025, now it is the 28th May 2025 and i am yet to receive my item. I have been calling and sending emails, but there is nothing tangible to what they say and promise. I contacted them around the 20th and was told the item, and it seemed the specific product i was looking for was not available and yet a month was gone with no communication. they then promised to make me a priority and that with me choosing another item of the same value it will be delivered with 3 to 5 working days. I am still waiting even today.
