Fair Price not-so-fair to customers

No communication about out-of-stock items. Feedback 20 days after order was placed. Once second option was delivered, I struggled to get assembly due to non-functioning booking system. Contacted assembler directly, still no communication. Bad service all around. An item ordered 20 June 2025 is still not assembled- sitting in boxes (30 days later).
