Fair price not so fair!

So my mother purchased a wardrobe from fair price in Johannesburg cbd(132 Albertina sisulu street). She purchased it on the 9th Dec 2021. A few days later it got dismantled .she contacted the fair price guy who erected it by the name: Bongani, he then said to her he will come fix it when he is around the area for another delivery(God knows when) My mom then contacts fair price with her concern as the wardrobe is falling apart, and she speaks to the supposed manager named Thabile... speak about rudeness overload. She was rude to my mom with her voice all raised . What she says then blew us all away saying there is no warranty for their products so they can't do anything about it. She was sold lies and now her high blood pressure has risen. We are really not happy with the overall service. I would advice anyone wanting to purchase goods from them, not to do so .their furniture is a complete *******.
