Fair Price - My worst experience

Bought furniture online and I still haven't received my goods.When I use the number I got from them to track the goods it says transaction not found.

Tried calling them, they hang up on me every time I call. They are not responding to my email either. This is bad customer service. I just need my authorization letter so my bank can do the transaction reversal.

Their online shop is a ****. A big one at that.
