Fair Price Midway sells faulty brand new equipment.

<p>I bought a new Samsung 13kg top loader washing machine on 8th July 2016,got the machine plumbed in our bathroom n started washing my clothes as per instructions,the machine was said to wash,rinse n spin but to my surprise the machine didn't drain out water afer the whole washing cycle,I then went back to the store to let them know about the problem and they said they'll send a technician to sort the matter within 48hrs,I still await the technician and having to call everyday to check what is the problem now I'm being told they are offline and cannot access my matter while I have to sit with a BRAND NEW WASHING MACHINE THAT IS FAULTY STRAIGHT FROM THE STORE and have nothing to do about it.</p>
