Fair Price Middelburg

I bought a bed earlier this year worth R3200. The bed was in a bad condition for 2 days after I bought it. I went back to the Fair Price Middelburg branch where I bought it and told them I need my refund not the bed the rude assistant said I should take it to their wholesaler that's not their fault is the manufacturers fault. I took the bed to Witbank wholesaler for an exchange after a month the same problems I have encountered still occurred.
