Fair Price ****mers - Defected items

I purchased a fan from fair price, switched it on twice, the head flew off of the pole. How is that even possible!!!!! You can clearly see where the breakage is, that this product was a reject product. And clearly a factory breakage. After hundreds of phone calls and emails unanswered, they finally called me back, stating I can return the product without its original package.

Now they have collected the item and tell me they cannot do anything about it as its not in its original package, and the item has “glue traces” on it, as an attempt to repairs! What utter BS, this item was not repaired, and was not glued. and now they're refusing to take responsibility! Fair Price is the biggest ****mers! I would not recommend them to ANYONE. They want peoples hard earned money and they supply defected items!
