Fair Price Klerksdorp is 🚮

I received one of the poorest service one can think of at Fair Price Klerksdorp. The staff as well as management there lacks sense of urgency and customer service skills. They don't know their own business process as well as product knowledge. I bought a defy washing machine around 12 December 2023. I tried using but it was not working it had a factory fault. The process for exchanging the machine was frustrating. The management there had no clue of what they are doing. I had to phone the supplier and arrange for a technician to check the machine. I furnished them with emails authorizing an exchange but the help I got was not satisfactory. I even phoned their head office but they never became of any assistance. Their head office would take my number and ask the store to call me. On the 3rd January 2024 they came to pick up the machine hoping it will be exchanged kante dololo. I even gave them an option of giving me the machine on display but they refused. On the 4th January 2024 I receive a text from the manager stating that "their head office say I must come get my refund because there is no stock". When I get to the store there is a machine on display. They giving me my refund after frustrating me for the whole 3 weeks and now they want an easy way out. They don't even ask me if I'm interested on another product.
