Fair Price (Kempton Park Review)

I am extremely disappointed with the terrible service I received at Fair Price. In September last year, I purchased a sound system, but within just two months, it started having issues. Since it was still within the three-month period, I returned it to the store on November 26 for repairs.

Despite their promise to fix it, the repair process took an unacceptable two months, during which there was zero communication from their side. I was the one constantly calling to check on the progress. When I finally went to the store to follow up, I found my sound system wrapped in plastic, and they claimed it had been repaired—only adding that they were “about to call me.”

This was a blatant lie. I took the system home only to discover that it was in an even worse condition than before. Frustrated with the poor service, I decided to return everything and request a refund. However, to this day, I have not received my money back. Every time I call, they give me the same excuse—that they are waiting for the supplier to confirm the refund.

At this point, I am actively looking for ways to escalate this matter. It is clear that this store is violating customer rights, and I will not let this go without a fight.
