Fair Price Jubilee Mall

I'm am very disappointed by the Service we got from Fair Price Jubilee Mall. Last week on the 28th November, we bought a Bed and up to this day it has not been delivered. I spoke to the sales person by the name of Portia Ramokolo who was not helpful at all, I did explain to her on the 4th November that I needed the bed because I am moving, she said the bed will be delivered by today and today when I call the store she is giving me attitude and telling me that there's nothing she can do because it was raining. The level of customer service is very poor.
