I’m so disappointed,on the 30th of July I did a transaction of R1600 I was buying a couch, on my bank account money went through but they said on their side money is not showing then they said I should submit bank statement coz it might be system error then I gave them statement then again they said I should come back after 2 days and I went there they were telling me stories since now I haven’t got any call or something n this is painful to me

Also their management is poor
