Fair Price Jabulani

My partner put a two-seater couch on lay-by at Fair Price (the one next to Jabulani Mall). When he went to pay the remaining balance, they told him the couch was out of stock. It’s been weeks now, and every time we go there, the staff give us attitude. He app**** for a refund, but nothing has happened. Can you please assist?
