Fair Price isnt FAIR !

I recently purchased a fridge from Fair Price, after confirming the Specs with an online Tech to make sure I was buying the correct item. The item that was delivered was not the same as what had been purchased. I was told by an online agent Melusi Innocent that the company had made an error and that was not the correct product description. They are failing to comply with the Consumer Protection Act regarding advertising.
