Fair price is a ****

I bought a fridge and was promised delivery within seven days but the days passed and no one contacted me, I then went to the shop to ask about my delivery and I'm now told to wait a month. I went online facebook and other platforms looking to see I'm was this a normal practice for the store and it is, they running a **** and they need to be reported. I'm going to report this ******* to every authority where possible, we have rights as customers
