FAIR PRICE IS A **** 😡😡😡

I bought a bed in 2022 Nov at Fair Price in Mams Mall. It was suggested to me by the consultant that i choose The eternity 152 as it is good quality. Not even 7 months the mattress Is torn apart and when I called the store. I'm told there's nothing they can do as it is not their problem. I was told I'm negligent even after i explained to them that it looks like a factory fault. I've bought a cheap bed before and I told my self I'm buying at fair price for a good quality bed. The cheaper bed I bought before is better than this one i was sold with is r******ish.

The manager Tshepang and Martha (sales agent) both couldn't care to assist.

I'm really disgusted by this because I have warranty and yet I can't be assisted. I feel ****med and taken for a ride by this shop.

I'm never buying anything from them as I was planning to buy a washing machine with them next month...
