FAIR PRICE HORRIBLE SERVICE -SIES

Worst Experience in my entire life, so I laybuyed a TV stand for 1600 first paid 400. Today I went and paid my full balance of 1200 during my lunch hour. To my surprise, I was told they can't authorize it due to my finger. I'm traumatized, as I paid the full amount, and then I was told to go and do an affidavit at the police station, such an inconvenience during my lunch. But they managed to take my whole 1200, and it did not need that so-called finger , the staff was very rude and ***********. I was asked if I clean or use chemicals—such a stupid question. Why am I being inconvenienced? Their stupid fingerprint machines are not working? I was even denied my slip after I paid. Luckily, I have proof. Also the assembling amount all of a sudden has changed when I was there recently. Regional Manager " Molelekoa" was dismissive on the phone when the lady called. Poor customer service extremely poor. All I want is to cancel and get my 1600 back, I will go buy my TV stand else where cause clearly they are ******.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE
