FAIR PRICE HAS VERY POOR SERVICE

Fair Price Atteridgeville has poor service delivery, I paid for a wardrobe beginning of June and was told they were out of stock but by the end of June they would have it, I went to get a refund end of June since they had said they'd have stock and didn't but when I got there I was told stock has arrived at the warehouse and they would deliver the following Friday which is today, I called to check if my delivery was ready but was told the wardrobe hasn't been assembled at the warehouse, I mean what was being done the whole week since last week Friday? I have had the same experience when I purchased a TV and a TV stand at Fair price before, paid the full amount and was later made to choose a different model because apparently the one I bought was discontinued? I had no idea Samsung discontinues TVs?

It's disheartening how we are deceived into paying for things then poor to no delivery, I made it clear I won't take a different model like I had to with the TV. YOUR SERVICE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE. I'm disappointed that this is happening again and will never purchase from there again.
