Fair Price has bad service

I bought a fridge from the shop in August and to date have not received it. Initially they did say that they are behind with receiving stock but will have iy by end of September. In that period the sales person never bothered to call me or at least keep me updated until i went to the store and thats when he called. This is now at the branch in Randfontein. Understandably, they dont have stock and ive given them more than 30 days to get it. I have now requested for a refund and no one has contacted me to date. I have found a similar fridge at other retail store but the funds are held up and no one is contacting me. Their customer service is non existence to say the least.
