Fair Price Furniture Store is very disappointing!!!

I am so disappointed in Fair price. Since they implemented the system of not allowing customers to take their goods, instead delivering for us. The service has went from 100 to 0 instantly!! i have been waiting for more than 7 working days for my product , which i have paid fully for to be delivered instead nothing . I've been calling them like I'm crazy and all they ask for is the reference number and promise it will be delivered soon. Not reliable at all. I've never experienced such bad service. Never again!!!!
