Fair Price furniture store does not care about thier customers

I bought 2 wardrobes at Fair price furniture store at Polokwane last year November. During the purchase, I paid delivery amount as well. On the day of delivery, the other wardrobe was having a hole at the back, the drawers were not opening properly, and the other wardrobe did not have the door keys. I went to the store to report this matter in Dec and the said the factories are closed they will exchange them in Jan when the factories opens. I went there On January and they said they will fix them, I have been going to the store asking the sales consultant to assist with this matter but no one is taking me serious. I even spoke to the store manager and he still does not take this matter serious. Fair price furniture does not take their customers seriously, they don’t care about their customers.
