Fair Price Furniture shop has a bad service

<p>I bought a samsung washing machine at Fair Price Hillbrow . What amazed me is that they gave me a card and always would require that card when I go pay as i lay-byed the washing machine. I now have all the other slips and the card and lost the last slip which includes warranty . The washing machine is not working and when i asked them that atleast I have other slips along with your card which is an indication when the machine was bought, can you not locate a copy of that slip in your books which obviously will state the warranty and it is indeed still within the warranty according to the slips I have. They say no unfortunatly we cannot assist you if you lost the last slip. I HAVE NEVER EVER HEARD SUCH A BIG FURNITURE SHOP WHICH DOES NOT KEEP COPIES. ARE THEY TRYING TO TELL ME THEY DESTROY COPIES AS SOON AS THE CUSTOMER WALKS OUT OF THE DOOR ? DONT THEIR BOOKS GET AUDITED? WHAT PROOF OF INVOICES ETC THEY SHOW? dont play with us FAIR PRICE! MANAGEMENT WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THIS? COMPANY RECORDS DONT YOU KNOW SHOULD BE KEPT FOR 5 FIVE YEARS?</p>
