Fair price furniture shop delivery is very bad

On the 14 July 2020 I finished paying my TV stand that I laybye at fair price furnisher shop Orange farm branch ,they promised to deliver within 7 days ,till today on the 23 August it's not delivered. Two weeks back I went back to the shop to ask what was a problem because no one even contacted me to explain the delayed ,the staff the told me most of the things that are displayed in shop are not on stock including my stand,I was amazed how can they display something that is not on stock and how they allow customers to pay something that they don't have on stock ,their deliver service is very bad
