Fair Price - furniture looks good and is affordable but don't shop here if you want a hassle

Furniture looks great but customer service sucks. My dad ordered a few things from the Benoni branch for our new place. Delivery was made quickly but the couch is damaged, coffee table had terrible assembly instructions and dining room table came with no instructions, *****s were short and no holes were made for you to self assemble. We had to take the dining room table back to the shop for assembly. They do not accommodate the customer or try to source a replacement for damaged items. They give you the run around and blame you when parts are short. Let down for good looking furniture at an affordable price. If I could give no stars I would.
