Fair Price Furnishers..Poor Quality and non existent Customer Service

The Kempton Park/Festival Mall branch is very good,however the warehouse stock is very poorly finished and substandard in comparison to what is on display in the stores.Furthermore delivery from the warehouse is pathetic. I purchased a headboard,sleeper couch,chest of drawers,side pedestals and ottoman and paid cash including delivery costs.We received the headboard and ottoman the same day from the store.Found there was a problem with the headboard and it was replaced immediately by the store.Received delivery of the rest of the items directly from the warehouse in a rainy Sunday morning 5 December 2022.The sleeper couch isnof substandard finish and is no where near the quality of the item I viewed and paid for in the store.I was promised that it would be replaced by the warehouse and was called stating that the warehouse was coming on Friday 9 December 2022.Till date no phone call and no replacement couch.I now wantba full refund including my additional cost I had to pay the warehouse delivery driver to take my goods upstairs..apparently they are NOT authorised to deliver to upstairs units and double storey houses but need to deliver to the ground floor. This is really a poor reflection on Fair Price Furnishers
