Fair Price Festivall Mall Delaying my refund

I bought 2 beds at Fair Price Festival Mall and I immediately asked for a refund minutws after paying as the quality of the beds was not to my standards after lying on it. I was asked to come back the following day to get my cashe refund. I was asked by the Manager called Tuesday to come and get my cash. I got to the shop and was told my refund had not been processed. I have waited for 4 hours in the shop while the company people play games with me. At the point of writing this I am sitting in the shop and I still have not received my money. This is the worst kind of service I ever received from any store. I am certainly never buying at any Fair Price store.
