Fair Price factory late arrival for delivery

Bought 200 Tiffany chairs from Fair Price Factory Shop from their website www.fairpricefactryshop.com. The delivery was two hours late. When I phoned the driver his phone was off. He only called me two hours later to inform me of the Traffic delay. Luckily my event was the next day. Not too happy. I think drivers have to find a way to contact customers if they are running late or better still have a second number
