Fair Price Eyethu Mall Orange Farm. Ferre Stove

I bought a 3 plate Ferre stove at Fair Price 15 days ago. The stove came after 7 days. Only one plate and the oven was working, I reported it and they came the same day to collect it and bring me a new one, which had the same fault. I called them again and the brought the 3rd one that still have the same fault. Today marks 7 days and I am still waiting for them to come pick up their stove and bring back a new one or g8ve back my money. I am not happy with their service as I have to be the one calling them everyday to come pick up the stove. I even called their head office but I was told to go back to the store to complain again.
