Fair Price - East Rand Value Mall

I bought wardrobe on 19 Nov 2021. They delivered it on Saturday & they told me they would assemble it within 7 days. The following week I kept making follow ups and they told me the wardrobe will be installed within 14 days. They said that their assembler would contact me so he can come on on 3 or 4 Dec - he did not contact me. I phoned on 3 Dec around 4pm and they said they told their assembler he would come tomorrow. I phoned their assembler today and he told me he has not received the directions and he would come tomorrow. My advice for customers is DON'T BUY!! at any Fair Price stores unless you are willing to wait a year for delivery. They did this to me 5 years ago when I bought wardrobe in Lenasia & now they are doing it again. Rather spend more money some where else for a good service & PEACE OF MIND.
