Fair price

Don't order from fairprice I was told stock will be received on the 03/04/2024 I placed my order on the 31/03/2024 which was a lie I didn't receive my order I am very disappointed cause the order doesn't even have a update yet I don't know what to do I emailed them called them many times I don't get a response I tried calling the stores they said to me they don't deal with online what do I do now I'm really frustrated annoyed and disappointed
