Fair price doesn't know how to run their own business, what a shame

Bought a Canada 3door sliding wardrobe at Kagiso Chamdor end of july, and it was said that would take around 20 days to be delivered at most incase there are any shortages of stock, We are now past mid-September and we have been trying to call the head office and they keep promising us that they will call us back but never actually do, and the branch says we need to change our order after having promised that it might come around the 20th of this month again. Why advertise something, and get the total money paid plus the delivery free and still cannot be able to deliver in time but instead they keep postponing and keep avoiding us, while the branch tries to convince us to select another choice, but what guarantee do I have that the same issues wont reoccur even with a different type of wardrobe. Plus I bought what I liked and what was sold to me, now all of sudden excuses. If I am to be compensated I want to be compensated together with all the time I had to waste calling them and wasting my time. Extremely disappointed!
