Fair price does not deliver to their promise

I am disgusted by the service received from Fair price. I bought couches to my detriment, I am disappointed to say the least. I have been in communication with people from Fair price and nobody can assist I need help in this regard asap. Social media and every other platform will hear about this soon if I have not received feedback within 48 hours
