Fair Price delivery

On Friday the 23rd of October I went to buy a hisense double door fridge at their shop in silver lakes and also paid for delivery. On Saturday upon delivery I received a call from the delivery driver telling me to come fetch him at Lynwood mall and I told him that no we paid for them to deliver to where we stay in Olympus and he said he doesn’t know where that is, I asked him to put in on the GPS and he said he doesn’t have the GPS and said we need to drive to Lynnwood to fetch him. We refused and told him he needs to get to our address as provided to the store. He eventually got to Boardwalk mall where we then had to direct him until he got to the apartment. Upon arrival him and the people he was with refused to bring the fridge upstairs to where we stay and threatened to return with the fridge to the store. We told them to then return with the fridge and they just stood there. We managed to get other people to come and help us get the fridge upstairs while they were just watching us. It was really poor service by your delivery people and I am not happy with them at all.
