Fair Price delays in delivering

I bought a kitchen cupboard at Phola Mall ( Kwamhlanga ) and finished paying on the 4th of January 2020. I was told they will deliver before the end of the week. Everytime I'm expecting my order, it doesn't come. They don't even call to update me. I have been going to the store every single week regarding the cupboards i bought, they always lie to me saying they will deliver when they don't, i spent money to go to the shop and even use my own airtime to call them. I wouldn't advice anyone to buy from Fair Price, what they do is totally unacceptable and wrong. No customer service and they do not deliver. It's going to the second month my delivery hasn't even arrived. I just want the cupboards i paid for to be delivered.
