FAIR PRICE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR

The level of service I have received from Fair Price Mabopane has disappointed me. Their staff lacks customer training, and their customer service is atrocious. The Hisense refrigerator I recently purchased stopped working, so I went to the store to reort it. They don't give me any updates; I have to call and inquire about the status of my case. People are not taken seriously by them. Since Hisense hasn't called to let us know when they're coming to check the fridge, I just received a no reply email from them. I'm dissatisfied. I was forced to give people my food because I didn't have a fridge for the second week in a row. I being told by fair price to wait for Hisense to call me they are not doing anything. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
