Fair Price customer service is very poor

I bought a walldrop from fair price polokwane, it was deliverd as they promised but unfortunately too doors cracked, an dis was in may. After a long followup without success they finaly came n collected those doors and gave new doors which did not have handle aroud early august they said an assembler will come with those handles, everytime i call or visit the store they always make empty promise saying give us two days, i am very disappointed with this store i would recomend anyone to support them
