Fair price customer service is bad just like the quality of their furniture

I ordered a pedestal about 2weeks ago, they did deliver the pedestal and it’s a DIY product, I didn’t have a problem with that but there no materials (*****s) to assemble the pedestal. It’s been a week since I reported this matter and they said they’ll get back to me ASAP and I’m still waiting and my bedroom still doesn’t have a pedestal 😡
