Fair Price Complaint- Very poor service

Hi,I had a very bad experience with Fair price Eyethu Mall. I bought a wardrobe on the 27th of October 2019 and to date I still jave not used it. What happened was the wardrobe was supposed to be assembled after it was delivered. The wardrobe was delivered 4 days later after I have purchased it on the 31st of October. I called the assembler on the 2nd of November because it was on a Saturday so I thought he will come on the same day as I was not working.The assmbler called me on Tuesday the 5th of November without arranging with me if I am at home or not. I told the assembler that I am at work and there's noone at home as he was supppsed to call me first to find out. We then made an arrangement for the following day 6th November .I asked my neighbour to help me with opening up my house and checking up on the assembler . The assembler arrived on Wednesday as we arranged, he called me to inform me that a piece of the wardrobe is damaged and he cannot assemble it as it must be sent back to the warehouse. I called the store to inform them and they said they need the original slip from me which I had with me at work , we then agreed that2 I will send my son to bring the slip to the store on Thursday 7th of November.I did that, so now they were supposed to collect the damaged unit and bring back another one but to this date they haven't collected the unit nor delivered another one.I requested for a refund and I was told that I can't be refunded because the unit is still at my house.They are always saying they are coming to collect it and they don't come. When I go to the store they saying their driver is not doing his work because he is the one that doesnt go to my house and collect.I contacted the head office via and email telling them about this problem and they did not reply me.
