Fair Price Cape Town

I'm in Mpumalanga and I ordered 50 phoenix chairs from Fair price factory shop in Cape Town, they told me they do deliver in Mpumalanga so I paid for transportation. A month later I'm told I must pay some guy R930 if I want my goods delivered and that the company does not deal with transportation. Is this a real fair price branch or am I being ****med?
