Fair Price but Poor sercices

Fair Price have the worst customer service ever. I laybuyed a bed in Feb and finished it in April, now I can't get the bed because the bed is out of stock. How do you sell something that you don't have. Now I want my money back and I am told I will have to wait for a week. The sales rep that assisted me doesn't even bother to inform me about what is happening, I have to call the store almost everyday to get things done. Myom bought couches last year and when she went to get them, she was told if she is not using their delivery, she will have to go get them in town at a warehouse. Poor customer services, misinformation, lack of communication from this store. It might be Fair with prices but most definately a NO NO with customer service. I am so disappointed.
