Fair price bogus laybye

This is the worst shop interms of customer service, do they even know the CPA? I had a laybye at Silverton which i then cancelled. They did not even refund me they said there is a waiting list for call back. Call back for what ? I am no longer interested in the products refund me and keep them. Im so disappointed in them . Been waiting for the call and i hope its not any retentions team .
