Fair price Bara square is the absolute worst, don't do it!

These ****** people really just care about taking your money🤬. I bought a wardrobe on Friday (31/03/2023) and was helped by Salesperson named Keamogetse Motlhale( not sure if that's her surname because her surname wasn't printed out fully on the slip)who told me that they don't deliver on weekends but I will get the wardrobe the following week. Ok I understood. Come Monday no wardrobe,come Tuesday nothing...so I decided to go to the store to find out what's happening. The lady who helped me tells me that unfortunately the reason for the delay is that they haven't assembled the wardrobe yet at the warehouse. Apparently delivery takes longer if you order a wardrobe. That I didn't know so I asked for a refund since she doesn't know when they will assemble the wardrobe. Apparently refund can take up to 10 working days (didn't know that too) so I got mad and left the store. Now it's Wednesday (05/04/2023) still no wardrobe,no update,no nothing My advice would be,if you ever thought about buying anything from fair price don't do it,the service is terrible and you will regret it. Also another thing I read on their website is that if you cancel your order whilst it has already been confirmed that they have the right to keep 10% of the money you paid 😒
